Prý je to největší budova na světě co do objemu. Montuje se tam hned několik typů Boeingů, Jumba 747, také 767, 777 a nově se připravuje i 787, který by měl poprvé vzlétnout někdy v průběhu roku 2008. Už teď mají více jak 300 objednávek na tento stroj.
Ta nejzajímavější část expozice je návštěva samotné továrny, na jedné šestině té haly můžete vidět hned čtyři Boeingy 777 v různé fázi výroby. Naneštěstí nevyfotitelné, neboť foťáky v hale jsou přísně zakázány. Říkají, že prý mohou fungovat jako lokátor pro řízené bomby nařízené na továrnu. Alespoň se pokochejte obrázky z přidružené expozice.
It is the biggest single building by the volume in the world. They assemble there number of Boeing Aircrafts, from quite old Jumbo 747, to 767 and 777, also initiating the 787 which should take off sometimes within 2008. They already have more than 300 orders for this plane.
The thrilling part is that they take you there to the factory, you get on the deck seeing just one sixth of the hangar and they fit there four 777s in different stages of assembly. Unfortunately, you can't take camera with you as it might act as trigger for teroristic attack bomb for outside. That's what they say.
